How do we get around this API limit?

I get really stressed out with it. Does it refresh every 24 hours so you can start again?

I have the app on all day and it limits me from posting stuff because "API LIMIT REACHED!" I don't even know what API is, let alone how i reach it so often. But then all of a sudden its fine again.

Please someone help me out here, help me to understand and maybe i would not get so annoyed with it. If its a matter of how many times a day it refreshes ill disconnect everytime i update.

Please help....

^Limit isn't gravity's fault. I believe that theres a limit to the amount of times you can refresh due to the twitter api refresh limit.
